A full design project usually takes two to three months, depending on the size of the space, the complexity of the object and how quickly decisions get approved.

• 10–15 days — concept and the planning solution.
• 4–6 weeks — photorealistic 3D visualizations and every design decision worked through in detail.
• 2–4 weeks — the complete set of working documentation for construction.

Author supervision, procurement or bespoke furniture extend the timeline. So does the pace of approvals on your side: fast feedback is what keeps a project on schedule.

Every project is different, so the fee is calculated individually. It depends on the size and complexity of the project, the number of rooms, the level of detail required and the scope of services.

After our first meeting, I prepare a clear proposal with a fixed fee and a defined scope of work, so you know the design cost from the outset, with no hidden costs.

The first consultation is an opportunity to define the scope of the project and see whether we are a good fit. The final fee is determined after this consultation.

Yes. All working drawings are produced in BIM using Archicad. The project exists as a single digital model: drawings, schedules and documentation remain connected and update automatically when something changes.

Yes. My work does not end when the drawings are handed over — my job is to help ensure the project is built as it was conceived.

During author supervision, I:

visit the site regularly;

help select and approve materials, furniture and lighting.

The frequency of site visits is agreed individually and depends on the stage of construction and the complexity of the project.

Yes. I regularly work on international projects and have experience designing and delivering projects in Poland, Ukraine, the United States, Switzerland, Georgia, Moldova and Montenegro.

The process usually starts with a site visit or an online meeting. From there, the project can be developed remotely through regular online meetings. During construction, I coordinate with local contractors and travel to the site for supervision when needed.

Yes, and it is a normal part of the work rather than an extra. Built-in storage, reception desks, shelving, curved niches and retail equipment are drawn as part of the project.

Each piece is developed as a BIM element, so it carries not only its shape but also dimensions, materials, quantities and the technical information a workshop needs to build and install it.
