The 280 m² lobby of this business center in Tbilisi was conceived as a contemporary arrival space that establishes a strong architectural identity while providing an elegant and welcoming experience for visitors and tenants.
The concept combines natural materials with refined industrial detailing, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that balances warmth with a premium corporate character. Large-format natural stone flooring, textured bronze metal surfaces, warm wood panels, and architectural lighting define the visual language of the space.
A sculptural reception desk carved from natural stone serves as the focal point of the lobby, complemented by bespoke metal detailing and integrated lighting. At the center of the space, lush indoor landscaping introduces a natural element that softens the architecture while improving the overall spatial experience.
The seating areas are designed as comfortable hospitality-inspired lounges, encouraging informal meetings and moments of relaxation without compromising the building's professional identity. Floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the interior with daylight, while vertical timber fins provide rhythm, privacy, and solar control.
Every element — from custom furniture and lighting to planting, signage, and material transitions — was carefully developed to create a cohesive environment that reflects quality, permanence, and attention to detail.
