Office Lobby Design for a Business Center in Tbilisi: Creating a Premium First Impression
A 185 m² business centre lobby in Tbilisi: entrance, reception, turnstiles, lounge and elevator hall, from the concept and material palette to custom details and a full construction package.
The lobby is much more than a circulation space. It is the first architectural experience visitors, tenants and business partners have when entering a building. A well-designed entrance sets expectations for everything that follows and becomes part of the building's identity.
This project involved the complete interior design of a 185 m² business centre lobby in Tbilisi, including concept development, space planning, 3D visualization and a full package of construction documentation prepared for implementation.
Designing a Contemporary Business Center Lobby
The main objective was to turn a standard entrance hall into a refined public space that combines functionality with a strong architectural identity.
The layout includes:

Each zone was designed to create a clear sequence of movement while keeping the space open and welcoming.
Natural Materials as the Foundation of the Interior
The interior is built around a restrained palette of premium materials:
- natural wood veneer

- bronze and antique brass metal accents
- large-format porcelain flooring
- decorative plaster with a brushed copper effect
- architectural lighting
- living greenery
Rather than relying on decorative elements, the design works with proportions, textures and carefully controlled lighting to create a timeless architectural atmosphere.
Reception as the Visual Center
The reception desk is the central element of the lobby.
Its sculptural stone volume contrasts with the warm vertical wood panels behind it, creating an elegant focal point that is visible immediately from the entrance. Integrated lighting brings out the natural textures while keeping the appearance calm and professional.
Architectural Details Make the Difference
One of the defining aspects of the project was the detailed development of every architectural element. The project includes custom-designed:
